Ham youth centre provides young people with a safe space where they can meet friends, talk to staff and take part in activities. Ham youth centre run a programme of activities each week, including football, orchestra and parkour, as well as drop-in youth clubs. See the timetable on their website for more information.
Including Boost a weekly youth club sessions based around self-esteem. Please ask at the youth centre to be referred, or ask a professional i.e. a teacher, youth worker or doctor to "refer" you.
